Greyhound Passengers sue in bus beheading incident.

News article on CBC.CA is reporting that some passengers are sueing greyhound bus, the federal government, and the RCMP... saying they all failed in this case to give suitable safety to passengers. The 2 woman are reporting that they suffer anxiety and depression and their relationships have failed because of this incident that had happend to them. The reason this appeals to me so much is because my brother in law was murdered... and murder always leaves a big hole in peoples lives.
When this incident occured it really bothered me because this innocent young man was murdered on a bus... his head was chopped off.. and vincent li was not found criminally responsible for this. How can one not be found responsible for such a heinous crime? Vincent Li had sat in front of the bus...and after having a situation with Tim Mclean, he chose to move to the back of the bus where Tim Mclean sat sleeping against the window. At this time Vincent Li pulled out a knife and stabbed Tim several times. Vincent li was rational enough to move to the back of the bus and kill this innocent person Tim Mclean. He should of been convicted of 1st degree Murder... or at least convicted of manslaughter. Murderers go free in Canadian society when they use a cop out that they are insane and have psychotic episodes.
Even with my brother in law being murdered... the woman admitted to putting the poison in the cream of mushroom soup and the lasagna... but in canada you can't be convicted on circumstancial evidance. So literally someone has to see her put the poison in the soup and the lasagna.
But back to the passengers sueing. They should really receive some sort of compensation for witnessing such a horrific situation. For me I don't know what I would be like witnessing such a heinous crime. But if they do receive some compensation you will see other passengers in court sueing for the same thing. Which should happen anyway.
I also made a group on facebook after this happend. The name of the facebook group was Severed head killer the cops should of shot you. Someone was pertaining to be Tim Mcleans sister and was taking fake donations on behalf of the Mclean family. This was in all the news. Me and my girlfriend were being blames for such an act. I would not ever do such a thing like this. Far as I know the perpetrator was never caught. heres the article
